Erin is the Financial Planning Specialist in the Planning Division at Adams Wealth Advisors. She is responsible for advising clients on a wide range of personal finance topics, but specializes in tax in unique business or financial situations as well as tax and estate planning. Erin is also the mastermind and director of the Adams Wealth Charitable Giving program.
She received her Bachelor’s degree from Utah State University in Accounting and Economics, as well as a Master’s degree in Accounting with an emphasis on Personal Financial Planning. In addition, Erin holds the impressive designations of CPA, CFP and CEP.
In 2019, Erin launched the Adams Wealth Charitable Giving program. In its first year, the program hosted, under Erin’s direction, a Triathlon where 100% of the proceeds were donated to the local CAPSA and Boys and Girls Club. 160 athletes participated in the race, and several hundred attended the event’s after party. This year, the triathlon looks a little different. It has adapted to the current safety & community health standards, but launches this week with the same goal to provide support to families in need. Erin has more than a half dozen charitable events scheduled in 2020 to support CAPSA and the Boys and Girls Club, as well as other local organizations. Events include a “Student Athlete of the Month” program, a black-tie dinner event, the virtual race, an evening out for local police officers, and several other activities and events.
When needing a break from business, Erin relaxes by learning a new hobby, seeing a new destination, or enjoying the great outdoors with her sweet dog Nana. We are grateful to have Erin as a valuable member of the Adams Wealth Team!
