Cormac joins the Adams Wealth team after spending the last 10 years in Denver, Colorado with Charles Schwab. While at Charles Schwab, Cormac was a portfolio manager on a global tactical asset allocation strategy managing over $4 billion AUM. He has a master’s degree in economics from the University of Colorado Denver, and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Arizona State University. In addition, he is a CFA Charter holder.

His role at Adams Wealth Advisors is the Chief Investment Officer and Director of Research. He will manage the quantitative strategies and structured notes portfolios, generate new investment ideas and strategies. With his seasoned skill set, he will develop the firms economic and market outlook. With over 12 years of experience in the industry, Cormac is an exceptional asset for our clients and firm.

Cormac grew up in Flagstaff, Arizona. He loves the outdoors, especially anything to do with mountains. He is an avid back-country skier and snowboarder, traveling all over the world to places like Alaska, Patagonia and Svalbard for the best snow he can find. In the summer, he enjoys mountain biking and rock climbing. His wife Laura shares his love of the outdoors, and he admits that she is the better rock climber. They have one child and are expecting another in September.
