The Logan Business Gateway Hopes to Reflect The Great Community, As It Welcomes All To Cache Valley
Logan, Utah (12/6/21) As implied in its name, the Logan Business Gateway is situated on the far southern end of the Valley and almost acts as the entrance or gateway from the highway onto main street Logan. The large glass building is hard to miss, but the project is only just beginning with this building. Prominent local businesses such as Thermal Fisher, Prime International, Alivint Financial & Insurance, Caspers and Adams Wealth Advisors will be residents of the glass building. However, the Gateway will also include retail pads that will become home to notable restaurants such as Chipotle, APizza and Tropical Smoothie Café.
The Logan Business Gateway takes great pride and responsibility in being such an iconic landmark as you enter Cache Valley from the south. This was recognized from the very beginning of this project, and enhancing the community has been a key focus. Along with the addition of the retail spaces and business park, the Logan Business Gateway is extending the Logan River trail. Connecting it with 100 West, and adding a pedestrian tunnel under main street.
The hope is to provide a beautiful place for the community to enjoy the Logan River and cross the busy main street safely. Deemed as a âmixed useâ zone, the Logan Business Gateway is meant to be a place for the community, and a place where people can gather. Historically, âmixed useâ zones have been used in revitalizing areas and bringing safety and security to surrounding neighborhoods.

As so many other companies and building projects are dealing with, the Logan Business Gateway has not gone unscathed by supply chain delays. However, they are excited to push past these issues and open the doors as early as January of 2022. The building and its tenants will be in the first of next year, and the vision is for the retail pads and restaurants to be up and running Summer of 2022.
