Greg Cole, CPA

Greg heads up AIM Ventura Capital, which he founded in 2019 after having spent 16 years with a large utility management company. During his time there, Greg served as CFO and oversaw an accounting infrastructure that grew from 20 employees to 2,000 employees and served as President of the Energy Sector.

Greg’s extensive expertise and experience have been a valuable asset to many of AWA’s investments. He has assisted companies with establishing more sophisticated accounting processes and procedures, transitioned to new accounting software, and provides general accounting oversight. Greg has spent time serving as a temporary CFO, mentoring young CFO’s, and assisting in hiring a CFO and other accounting personnel. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for Homie, Gabb Wireless, CommLoan, Opiniion, and Rapid Financial Solutions.

Greg has both a bachelor and master’s degree in accounting from Utah State University and is a CPA in the State of Utah. Greg and his family enjoy mountain biking, ­­­­snow skiing, golfing, cheering on his kids’ sports teams, and supporting the Aggies at athletic events.
