Karly Rizzo serves as Managing Director – Corporate Strategy; Chief Implementation Officer at Adams Wealth Advisors, where she oversees the firm’s strategic planning, operational implementation, and communications. Since entering the financial services industry in 2008, Karly has built a reputation for aligning vision with execution—leading key initiatives that drive growth, streamline operations, and strengthen team performance.
In her role, Karly is responsible for firmwide planning, advisor compensation structure, IT modernization, and major transition initiatives, including leadership shifts and expansion strategy. She brings a unique blend of marketing, operational, and leadership expertise, shaped by her earlier work in marketing leadership roles at Adviser Investments.
Karly earned her bachelor’s degree in Finance & Insurance and Management from Northeastern University. Outside of work, she lives in Falmouth, Maine, with her husband and two daughters. Karly is passionate about giving back, regularly volunteering with nonprofits that support women, children, and underserved communities. She brings the same dedication and heart to her community and family life as she does to her role at the firm.
